HOPE Scholarship Update

The following is an update from the WV HOPE Scholarship program. They asked for help distributing this information to families:

Dear Hope Scholarship Families:

Please read the following important message!

We have been working diligently this summer to make sure our school is ready to accept your student’s Hope Scholarship funds for tuition and fees. If you have been approved for the 2024 -25 scholarship, please make sure you complete the following steps BEFORE August 15, 2024, to apply your student’s scholarship funds for payment.

1. Watch the Family Onboarding Webinar demonstrations (15 minutes).

2. Search your email account you used to apply for the Hope Scholarship Program for an invite from invitation@theolearning.com. This link will connect you to the new Hope Scholarship online portal where you pay tuition and fees. Please DO NOT share your link – it is specifically for your account. This invite was provided to all students with an approved application for the 2024-25 school year.

3. If you did not receive a link, please contact the new Hope Engagement Center for assistance using the contact information below:

4. Upon logging into the Hope Scholarship online portal, please navigate from your dashboard to the My Applications tab. From there, you will click the “Select School” button and pick our school from the drop-down list. Please make sure you select the correct school, verifying the city and state. 5. The school’s administrative staff will confirm your student’s enrollment and enter the amount of your child’s total annual tuition and fees.

6. After the Hope Scholarship funds are available in your account on August 15, 2024, please review the “My School” blue tile in the Hope Scholarship online portal. After clicking on that tile, you will see two semesters, with the ability to hit “Pay Tuition and Fees” for the first semester. Please review the tuition and fee amounts listed and click the Submit button so that the school can receive payment for the first semester. As the Hope Scholarship Account Holder, you are responsible to complete this task in order to apply your student’s Hope Scholarship funds for payment. This step must be repeated for the Semester 2 Tuition & Fees on or after January 15, 2025.
