Weekly Update

Our early enrollment period ended with very strong numbers! Thank you all for your attention to that. We are now in open enrollment! If you know of a friend or family member looking for a classical Christian education please refer them to our new website (www.emmanueleagles.com).

Speaking of our new website, our school spirit store is open! You can find a variety of ECS-branded casual wear, accessories, and other items. Next year we will have school spirit day on Fridays, and students will be permitted to wear spirit wear (from any era in ECS history) on those days.

Our Easter Egg sale officially ends today. If you have any outstanding forms please bring them with you to dismissal and turn them in to the office. No orders or forms will be accepted after today (with an order our size, it takes about two weeks to acquire supplies and make the eggs).

Today is the end of our 3rd nine weeks! It's hard to believe we have only 9 weeks left in the school year. We will send report cards out next week.

Next Friday, March 25th, is an early dismissal day. It is also Tolkien Reading Day, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. We will have a Tolkien exhibit and activities set up in the multi-purpose room, we also have two special lectures scheduled. The Eagle's Nest Snack Shop will have some Tolkien-inspired snacks for sale. Find more on our Facebook page, this event is free and open to the public. If you know any homeschooling families that might be interested please pass it along!

Our standardized testing is scheduled for April 11th-15th. This is mandatory, all students must complete the testing.
